- Set realistic goals that are attainable and measurable with your team
Review last year’s performance and evaluate your highs and lows throughout the year. Have an open dialog with your team to evaluate the circumstances that brought your highest returns and discuss what you could have done differently during your lowest points. Consistently set your goals higher each year but make sure they are realistic and attainable to the team as a whole. This approach will help you grow as a team and you will likely exceed your goals
